NO LONGER A FIRE FIGHTING ISSUE. RATHER IT IS A HOMELAND SECURITY & MILITARY DEFENSE MATTER

In the Essay, “THE ART OF WAR” written 2,000 years ago. by a Chinese General named, “SUN TZU”.  He left us 13 CHAPTERS on key suggestions anyone contemplating the waging of war.  These timeless words of wisdom were Laid out in 13 chapters.  Students of war often refer these Chapters as Principles of war.  The 12th Principle is “FIRE ATTACK” In the last paragraph he warns: “It is all well and good to know how to attack by fire, but it is imperative   to know what to do if you are attacked by fire.  In WWII Americans attacked Drezdin, Germany by fire, results.  were beyond belief. Firebombing of Tokyo killed more people Then our two A-Bombs produced, and many more Japanese cities were leveled by fire. However, we failed to heed SUN TZU’s final warning.  We never developed a way to engineer a way to give our own people a way to save themselves and the state from Attack by Fire.  Global Climate Change makes us very vulnerable To a hand full of enemy agents to come into our free society Amass several ultra-light aircraft then during an extensive Red Flag period of high drought codes and strong regional winds they simply launch a well-coordinated aerial fire attack.  All they need do is fly perpendicular to strong winds, drap an ignition every quarter for hundreds of mioes.  If done at night; by morning there would be a huge wave of fire racing across the terrain.  Cheap, no return address, nothing we have to mitigate and save our people.
