NONE OF OUR FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENTS, KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT SAVING PEOPLE & HOMES FROM CLIMATE CHANGE, FIRE STORMS, FAR TOO STRONG TO FIGHT.   OUR MILITARY OR HOMELAND SECURITY FOLKS HAVE NO SCHEME, TO MITIGATE AN AERIAL, COORDINATED, FIRE ATTACK, SPAWNED BY TERRORISTS OR ENEMY STATES.

DRAGONSLAYERS.COM has developed tools and methods to solve or, “FIX”, our wildfire protection system.  We have the only Universal Scheme to equip, train, Blueprint, & adapt to Mitigate our society; to BE ALWAYS READY & ABLE TO PARRY EXTREME WILDFIRE STORMS, MAKE THEM PASS, AND DO NO HARM.  

Dragonslayers need 3.5 million dollars to SET UP TOOLS AND METHODS, so fire agencies will have an option to revert to; if suppression will fail.  The beauty of this new system is; they will have what is needed to save people and homes.  This system has back-up plans.  It makes the land owner into a fire adapted mitigator.  The land owner, installs the UNIVERSAL BLUEPRINT to give the fire fighters their head start.

However, if fire fighters can’t get there, the interface dweller can save their own holdings. The home owners can simply BLACK-LINE their own UNIVERSAL BLUEPRINT. 

Congress needs a plan to end the loss of homes and entire communities.  Congress needs to award a private business a Grant to give our nation TOOLS, and METHODS, that will fireproof the society from natural, accidental, and intentional, enemy, coordinated arson attacks.

It is doubtful the government will invest in the Dragonslayer’s Plea for change.  Therefore, dragonslayers need help from Foundations, and do good people, interested in defending and eliminating loss from extreme fire storms, that keep getting worse each year.

  1. Building a modern CNC Wildfire Manufacturing Center to mass produce Dragonslayers’ High-Tech wildfire hand tools. These to dominate the world wildfire industry, because they are the only advanced wildfire hand tools on earth.

2. Build an Outdoor, “Live Fire-In-Hand”, Training Center. This be a one-day Mitigation Training Ground, where fire fighters and home owners become qualified to ignite their own, “BLACK-LINE”, operation with the use of a Dragon Wizz Wheel, and a self-starting propane plumber’s torch. “THEY HAVE EARN & PROVE AN ABILITY”, to systematically be in harmony with the wind, and the 3 Dragon Rings around a very vulnerable training house. This know-how, is the leading military, 360, “Fire Skill”, engineered to make killer fire storms pass and do no harm.

3. Build To replace an ill-advised (torn Down Barracks) to house 12 Smokejumpers at the former Siskiyou Smokejumper Base, In Cave Junction Oregon. The old Smokejumpers, bought the facilities, restored all the buildings: One barrack building. A Parachute Loft, a mess-hall, A huge warehouse, an Office, and a saw shack.  The Jumpers turned the facilities into a museum, but it could easily be turned into an active jump base FOR INCREASING FIRE DANGERS.  When the Forest Service closed down the base; many billions of dollars were lost on fires not jumped as base closed.  Fires were always jumped, immediately after lightning storms and never turn into those quarter and half million-acre fires.  Since the base closed, they have had 15 such disasters.  We need more smoke jumpers, and more importantly learn how to use them again,
The U.S. Forest Service closed down four vital Smokejumper Bases right when Global Climate Change began to be noticed in 1980.  They closed down those bases in Legrand, Oregon, Cave Junction Oregon, Boise, Idaho, and Idaho City, Idaho.  It was all a total predictable disaster.  We only have 400 Smokejumpers all over Alaska and the entire Western U.S.  Russia for example, has 6,000.

Firefighters alone cannot address defense concepts against wildfires.  A MILITARY 360, degree, circular-security, perspective has to be augmented into the firefighting scenario. 

This is basic, always ready to defend; from any direction is always portrayed and lived by circular-Ing up wagon trains, or digging in circular arranged fighting holes in hastily formed night-time, platoon patrol bases.   The same 360 attitude needs to now prevail in our new fire world.  An enemy killer, fast moving wildfire dragon can spring forth; driven by strong winds from any direction.  The defense is to engineer a systematic scheme to instantly burn off all calories in front of an approaching enemy dragon to cut off, cheat it out of all the fuel it needs to continue its mechanics to destroy life and property.  This to be done just before its arrival.

In the “Art of War”, Sun Tzu listed, “Attack by Fire”, as the 12th Chapter in his 13 Chapters; regarding, (Key Areas), of importance in matters of war.  In the last paragraph on “FIRE ATTACK “. He warns: “It is all well and good to know how to attack by fire, but it is vital to know what to do if you are attacked by fire”. Americans did well in knowing how to attack by fire in Drizin, Germany, and Tokyo, Japan and other cities, but we have never heeded Sun Tzu’s final warning. 

Now is the time to combine Sun Tzu with Wagner Dodge’s “Escape Fire lesson; Then contribute, modifications via Smokejumpers, and dragonslayers with song of the Universal Blueprint and Dragon Wizz Wheel.  This bridges together a series of Historic basic building blocks.  This is the New Scheme to address killer fire storms, that can’t be stopped. 

Now there is a scheme to save a lot more people and homes; at least the ones who want to earn their survival.  Those who want to stick to things that don’t work.  They are free to choose their own destiny, run for it and hope there are no road blocks or fallen trees

Long story short:  They were a shot up lone rifle platoon, chopped up by friendly fire, then ordered to attack on line across 400 meters of neck deep water to attack what an air observed to be an enemy force of 300 to 400 NVA.  The Marine Platoon assault was straight into the run in heading of an F-4 Phantom close air bombing of the enemy. 

Upon climbing out of the water, the small unit of Marines confronted an uncountable number of enemy soldiers running from the airstrike. After a long pause the two foes opened up on each other.  The Marines charged into a running gun-fight-thrash through the jungle.  The enemy Panicked running back toward the air strike. 

AK-47 and M-16 bullets flashed through the thick vegetation when all stopped.  No Americans were hit, but eleven enemy were dead.  One enemy Officer was found wounded who was med evac-ed out.  The Marines continued on and came upon three channeled vegetation tunnels, which were obvious fields of fire.

The Officer in charge unfairly ordered the three squads to run into the fields of fire, before enough time passed to ponder the lethal dangers.  The frontal Marines saw trap door hatches open with people trying to get weapons out, but were killed and with no words uttered by anyone fellow Marines quickly threw grenades into those trapdoor holes and other trap doors flew open with people smoke and dirt flying leading to more and more holes opening up lots of NVA being shot.  No Americans wounded, and prisoners were taken.  Those prisoners led Marines to the Battalion Commander and his staff who refused to surrender, so had to be blown up.  The ground began opening up and hand to hand struggles with grenades started going on.   The Platoon was running low on ammo, so many more enemy kept coming out of the ground, and one Marine who had just saved the life of the Lieutenant in a hand-to-hand fight suggested to the Officer to get the guys out and come back with the rest of the Company, as no one there had any sleep in two days.

The Officer, amazed at the fighting spirit that far, made a big mistake and worked out a deal to have the entire company comeback after a huge artillery strike on the enemy base camp before dawn.

The Skipper did not keep his agreement.  Waited three days then sent that same Platoon back alone only to be slaughtered in a mine field losing two of their three Squads.

Talking about it all later, and with the continuing problem being Islamic Jihad fighters being our first national enemies, and now for the past two decades of trouble makers. 

Plus, our military insists upon going to short, heavy rifles with lousy bayonet potential.  It may be time to get back to basics.

Back when our Union formed the number one back up weapon to muskets were tomahawks.  These were first common trade hatchets that were swapped over with beads and cooking pots for French and English, Dutch fur traders.  In our first fights against the Islamic pirates on the North African Coast, the main weapon of war to take on the Jihadists and take out the Fortress, in Darna Tripoli were British Boarding Axes.  These were hatchets with picks for hammering into the wooden hulls of sailing war ships.

The pro-American younger brother of the Pasha of Tripoli Gave the Marine Lieutenant, Presley O’Bannon his Mameluke Hilt, Arabian, Damascus Sabre as a Gift for his Leadership, and holding the Mercenary Army together in their 500-mile trek and Assault at the Fortress in Tripoli.  The Commandant of the Marine saw this great gift and pronounced, that from that point onward a copy of that Sabor, must be owned and carried as their symbol of authority.

However, for, the enlisted guys, they guys that do the war fighting, the JIHADIHAWK, IS THEIR SYMBOL OF FIGHTING SPIRIT.

In the end that lone rifle platoon would have been better positioned with a JIHADIHAWK, WITH An EMPTY RIFLE AS A SHIED IN THEIR LESSOR HAND AND A WAR AXE IN THEIR STREST HAND.
